Stainless steel sheet No.4 hairline finishing machine is designed in order to achieve the NO.3, NO.4, hairline finishing with abrasive belts for metal sheet surfaces sanding or finishing or brushing or polishing (as stainless steel sheet, aluminum sheet). Single or multiple abrasive belts of variable grain patterns adaptable.
This kind of machine always work with conveyor bed, precisely up or down on 4 pneumatic spindles, dust extraction funnels.
Max working width include: 400 mm, 600 mm, 1000 mm, 1300 mm or others.
Working length: more than 400 mm; working thickness: 0.5-80 mm; feed speed: 5-25 m/min.
